I always knew that one day I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe, accepted, and understood. This week we’ve reached 100 clients served in just one year. We’ve grown, too! Everyone part of this team is committed to making a difference in the mental health and wellness of our community. A little kindness goes a long way. How do you practice kindess?

Growth comes from sitting in the uncomfortable. Staying where we are is quite easy, even though it makes us stagnant and more self-destructive, because it doesn't require us to push through the more difficult parts of our thinking and behavior. If you're looking to grow in an area of your life, ask yourself, what part of this process will make me a little uncomfortable, and who or what can help me sit in it long enough to grow?
