Oh Autumn...what is it about you aside from everything? The gifts you bring...bursting colours,sunshine,70 degrees,deep blue skies,rich aromatic aromas,cool breezes. I walk the 5 miles around North Park lake a few times per week before I start hairdressing. Yes I get there just before sunrise but the majick of the steam and colors opens my mind to the brand new day with creativity and greatfulness. I'm greatful to wake up with peace in a comfy bed. I'm greatful to have a car and I'm greatful for having the fuel to drive it. Sometimes we must break it down to the basics in order to see just how fortunate life can be.

Some of you claim and whisper to others that I wear civil war slips in the summer. 😉. I hear you. I see you. The textile and fabric industry is fascinating. The stories of tenderly handled fabrics that last for decades tell their stories thru worn corners, tattered hemlines,a tea stain,a to***co burn. The more stories they hold,the more I love, wear,cherish, and repurpose them. It feels like im wearing a library of memories....and I happen to dearly love that.

Aaaand she sold. She had a great life with me and she's going to have a really fun life where she's going. Thank you to the private buyer. One of a kind exquisite piece.

The last shoot I did with was pure majick with . Here are just a couple of photos of that night.Andy and I loved the night. We treasured the darkness and all of its moving shadows. Light,saturation and opacity was a subject we spoke about endlessly. The Law of Color connected us. Beauty connected us. Kindness connected us. Andy and I shared late night poetry with each other when we couldn't sleep. We shared the depths and corners and details of art. I will miss our artistic intimate connection deeply and forever.
