Join us at Elements in collaboration with Milk and Ash of The Lighthouse for a relaxed Sh***ri rope jam. A curated space to tie, be tied, practice, connect, and learn alongside other rope enthusiasts. Suspension opportunities will also be available for those with the appropriate experience.

Whether you’re looking for an evening of rope practice, some time in the spa, or a little bit of both, Sh***ri Spa is an opportunity to slow things down and enjoy a different kind of Wednesday night.

👋 Meet Zuly. She believes healing happens when people are free to be their full, authentic selves. As a soprano, licensed social worker, and cultural strategist, she brings creativity into every space she holds because art and healing were never meant to be separate.

We are out at Swissvale Farmer Market today until noon! This may be our last weekend but the Farmer’s Market will run every Saturday through October. Lots of great vendors out today! Come thru! ❤️
