Small-batch homemade oil based lotions, bug repellents and perfumes. Commission scents are also available if I don;t already have a scent you like.
I make oil based lotions, bug repellents, and perfumes in small batches as well as tailored to individual requests. I started making lotions about 4 years ago, and have recently started selling them to the public.
Sorry people, I probably should have updated this sooner, but I have moved to pittsburgh, PA.
This won't be changing very much, I'm more than happy to ship things to people, and I've done it in the past, and shipping is pretty cheap.
Due to a request from my last craft show, I will be doing research into good tree nut free lotion bases, so the people who can't do shea butter still have something to use.
According to a very nice lady I met at work yesterday, Apparently today is small business day!
I hope everyone had an awesome holiday, and toss some ideas at me in the comments for fun holiday scents, or combinations you want to see.
I also have 4 new fragrance oil scents; Sweet Grass, Cactus flower, Redberry Tea, and Mango Papaya.
I have recently aquired bases for shower gel, body gel(lotion), and hand soap.
So I will be testing these to see if they may go over well, if you'd like to be a guinea pig, please let me know!
We also have 2 new additions to the Fragrance oil selection.
Mango, and Peaches 'N Cream
There are new Additions to the Essential Oil options!
Benzoin, used for a lot of medical purposes. Smell is reminiscent of amber, or sandalwood. Very vanilla notes.
Cassia! The plant that most people confuse with Cinnamon, it smells like Red Hots.
Ginger Grass. Kinda smells like... Windex? I will get a second opinion, since I'm operating on a stuffy nose.
And lastly, Lemon Eucalyptus, reminiscent of Citronella, it's more herbal smelling, supposedly works better than Citronella for bug repellant purposes.
Yesterday I experimented with dying lotion with food coloring. I will be doing some testing to see how it affects the lotion quality, and hopefully colored lotion can be an option for future orders.
People! I need suggestions for new scents to try! Give me all your ideas! I'll try (Almost) any scent once!
It took forever, but the scents list has been updated.
And it's spring, now is a good time to put in orders for Peppermint, Citronella, and Lavender lotions/and or sprays.
