What a perfect day- the sun was shining, skies were blue, bad bunny was bumpin, and our entire team was feeling creative and inspired to do cool s**t!!! 🦋 So we had a cute little day where I did 4 staff haircuts 🌞 Can we all just take a sec and marvel over how beautiful and angelic Richelle Z is?

Also, we styled Richelle’s hair with only water and CULT+KING super water. Are we for reaaaal??!!! ❤️‍🔥

Everyone welcome our newest stylist at ACE Collective~ Rj Bailey | Hair Enthusiast !!! I am beyond excited to have another WV baddie as a co-creator in the salon!

Get to know RJ 👇🏻

“I’m from a super teeny tiny town in Southern West Virginia, but I have spent the majority of my adult life in Morgantown West Virginia. I have always been a super creative person, so in 2018 I decided to push my creative boundaries and enroll in Beauty School. I have been a licensed hairstylist since 2019 and have devoted so much time, money, and education into perfecting my craft.

Over the years I have come to realize that I love cutting hair the most. I specialize in razor cutting, curly cutting, and any fun alternative cuts. I’m also a huge fan of big voluminous blowouts. When it comes to color, I’m always up for the challenge whether it’s a lived-in look, or a bold vivid color. More importantly I’m a fan of making you feel like the hottest, coolest, and most confident version of yourself.

When I’m not doing hair you can find me spending time with my two cats, reading as many books as possible, and binge watching movies.”

This is the brainchild of our very own .f.d_me 🌞 You know her as an artist behind the chair- but she creates magic with many different mediums outside of hair. She’s a sculptor, painter, and ceramist! Also an expert crafter!

When we were talking about what we wanted to do as a collective to celebrate pride, hosting an art show that showcases q***r artists in our community felt just right ❤️

So won’t you join us for our first ever art show+craft day?

✨bring a craft you’re working on to create with other likeminded folx! (We are setting up a crafting table with all kinds of craft supplies! Bring your own stuff or use some of ours!)

🌞 Treats made by my dear friend and pastry chef

🌞 Floral crown making (Don’t worry, Supplies are provided and I’ll teach you!)

🌞 Yummy food lovingly prepared by friends and family

🌞A large field to lay out your blanket, set up your hammock, run around, kick a soccer ball, throw a frisbee- whatever you desire

🌞 A guided solstice ceremony where you will luxuriate in sound healing + a short meditative journey, an oracle card pull, and a gratitude ritual ✨

🌞 Rock painting / coloring for children

🌞 There is plenty of parking and plenty of space for everyone at this beautiful shelter

🌞Music, dancing, merriment.
