Watching my daughter move through the world so comfortably as herself made me realize how much my Gen X thought process was influenced by societal pressures. Thank goodness it didn’t get passed down! ♥️♥️

Midlife isn’t a crisis, it’s a becoming. But a little warning would have been nice! 😊
Midlife sneaks up on you & suddenly you’re at the end of it! Finding my style that fits this phase of life has been a struggle. But I’m on the upside of it now! Sharing what has helped! Comment MIX for my outfit links!

Midlife has a way of exposing the things you used to get praised for. Being easygoing. Always stepping in. Always saying yes. Not rocking the boat. But that version of you wasn’t really you. Saying how you feel and think doesn’t always make you more likable. But it does make your life feel like it’s finally yours again.
Our girls’ chat this time escalated fast straight to midlife coping strategies! I just happened to have my bush balm hair trimmer in my bag & everyone wanted to try it! So I figured it was the perfect time to make a video showing it in real use. people who say the hair will grow back darker and worse are MISINFORMED. That is not true at all! Your makeup & skincare will thank you!
