The Pittsfield Permanent Firefighter’s Benefit Association is holding its 107TH Annual Ball on the night of Saturday May 4th, 2024. This event will be held at the Pittsfield Country Club starting w/cocktail hour and registration at 5:30 o’clock in the evening. There will be hors d’oeuvres at this time consisting of a local cheese and charcuterie board display, mini BBQ pork tacos, mini beef wellingtons, tomato and mozzarella skewers, and meat skewers. Dinner will be buffet style with smoked beef brisket, chicken almondine, shrimp scampi, and a baked potato bar plus dessert. Each person will get 3 complimentary drink tickets (6 per couple).

Dress for the evening is Class “A” uniforms for firefighters and semi-formal attire is suggested for all other attendees. This year the event will have a Kentucky Derby theme and anyone is encouraged to wear a derby hat if they would like. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

This year we are partnering with Blu Salon & Spa located at 740 Williams street in the Williams street plaza. They are offering a one-time coupon of 20% off of a single service for the week of the Ball from April 30th to May 4th. This is not gender specific and includes haircuts, massages, nails, facials, and more. You must call and make an appointment prior at (413) 344-4429 and reference the 2024 Firefighter's Ball when scheduling. You can make single or group appointments during the week. See attached flyer for more info. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity in supporting this local business who has been a supporter for our Fire Department for other events.

Entertainment will be provided by DJ Grape Slushy, A.K.A our very own FF Nick Teti, for everyone’s dancing pleasures.

For anyone unable to attend the dinner, general public is welcome to join us after 9 pm for dancing.

We hope you’ll join us for a relaxing evening of camaraderie and entertainment. Reservations for dinner must be made by April 26th. General public can sign up by calling TJ Harmon at 413 464-3211.

Price for the event will be $50 per person or $100 per couple for active and retired Firefighters and their spouses. General public pricing will be $55 per person or $110 couple.
