Restore & Ground Massage
A restorative massage designed to calm the nervous system and guide the body back into a state of deep relaxation.
When the body stays in “fight-or-flight” for too long, stress can build in both the mind and body.
This session is designed to help shift the body back into the rest and restore state.
Restore & Ground incorporates gentle tuning fork vibrations during the session.
Tuning forks produce subtle therapeutic vibrations that travel through the body’s tissues, helping to encourage relaxation and nervous system balance.
Combined with slow therapeutic touch and guided breathing, the body is supported in releasing tension and settling into a deeper sense of calm.
This session may be especially helpful for those experiencing:
• stress or burnout
• anxiety or overwhelm
• poor sleep
• chronic tension
