Winter wedding perfection!

Hi friends. Things are getting crazy out there. I feel like omicron is knocking on our doors. I am following cdc guidelines and am always washing, cleaning and trying to protect my clients. Ive had my booster shot and have protected my family. I am also living my life with caution. I am eating out and seeing friends. I have gave out some (wonderful!) hugs this holiday. I have a teenager and a college student at home who are also living their lives cautiously. My intent is to be transparent. We’re all feeling differently about how we should be acting or reacting so this is where I’m at. I’m hopeful to have a healthy winter! I hope you have one too!

Hot summer nights are a dream when you don’t have a care in the world. When you want your curls to last, we may let them set in their “just off the iron” form until the last minute to keep that wave through the night. These ladies were a dream. Beautiful, kind and a lot of fun. DID I TELL YOU I LOVE MY JOB?

PSA: “am I losing too much hair?”

The average person loses 100 hairs a day. How often you brush, the texture of your hair, and when your last shampoo was, are all factors. When I wear my hair curly in the summer I don’t brush. This is the amount of hair I cleaned from the drain (and my hands) after 2 days of curly hair and no brushing. It looks like a lot. I feel that it’s normal for me. Unless you feel that your hair is thinning in a certain area or you hair loss has seemed to double, you’re probably not losing any more than anyone else.

Bridal partiessssssss. So much fun, so many great stories. I love getting all the dirt from high school and the antics from the night before. 😆 looking forward to an informative summer season! 💕🎶🥂

This girl. We spent 3 hours creating the prettiest pink. Such a good afternoon discussing books and upcoming papers and how she was making her sisters crazy playing “edge of seventeen” (stevie nicks!). Yesterday was her birthday and the day she debuted the pink💕 Happy birthday Fiona! 17 🧚🏼

Love this undone look for so many reasons. If you have natural texture in your hair (most of us do) you can use it in addition to ironed curls to create a natural, wavy, just off the ocean look. Add some beautiful flowers and, voilà, a bohemian masterpiece. *chef kiss*
