✨ Stylist Spotlight — Meet Jayna! ✨

Hi, I’m Jayna. I have been a stylist for almost 12 years now. My goal is to create a comfortable and relaxing space where every client feels at ease. When you sit in my chair, you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re here to chat, unwind, or simply enjoy the experience.

I enjoy creating custom lived-in colors, soft blended highlights for blondes, brunettes, reds and grey hair.
I love cutting hair and taking the time at the end of each service to fine-tune the details, making sure every cut feels just right for each client.

When I’m not in the salon, I am happiest spending time with my family, being outdoors hiking or biking, drinking coffee, reading, & cooking. Come sit in my chair and tell me what you’re making for dinner, because I will most likely ask. 😆💜✨

Hi, I’m Erica! I’ve been a stylist for 11 years and have built my career around connection, creativity, and continuous growth. I love learning new techniques and refining my craft so I can give my clients the very best every visit. The relationships I’ve built mean everything to me, and whether you’re new to my chair or a longtime client, I want you to feel welcomed and confident when you leave.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me enjoying life in the Berkshires. Winters are for skiing, summers are for soaking up the sun (summer girl to the core ☀️), and I travel whenever I get the chance. I enjoy shopping, yoga, and live music, and I truly value quality time with family and friends, especially cozy moments at home with my husband and our two cats.

This new year brings an especially meaningful chapter. We’re joyfully expecting our first baby, a little girl arriving this summer, and couldn’t be more grateful. So thankful for the support, trust, and encouragement from clients and my work family during this beautiful journey.

Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I’ve been in the beauty industry for 9 years, and lashes have truly become my passion. My specialty is creating soft, natural-looking lashes that enhance without the heavy feel — I love giving clients that effortless, everyday confidence.

My journey started back in high school when I worked in a salon and instantly fell in love with the beauty world. That experience inspired me to go to cosmetology school after graduating, and I’ve never looked back.

My favorite part about working at Four One Three is the community — the friendships I’ve built with my clients and the family I’ve created with the amazing girls who work here. What I love most about my clients is their loyalty, their trust, and how they make every day in the salon fun, and I also love helping them feel confident and seeing their reactions after a fresh set.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, daughter Isabelle and friends — the people who fill my life with joy outside of work.

Hi, I’m Chelsea! I’ve been a stylist for 14 years now. I recently moved back to the Berkshires to be closer to family and have been lucky enough to also find a new family working at Four One Three for the past two years. I love creating beautiful looks and making people feel great, but one of my favorite parts of the job is the connection I get to form with clients who grow to become friends.

When I’m not working at the salon you can find me spending time with family and my sweet pup, Pippa. I love bringing my two little ones all around the county to places I went to when I was growing up and finding new places to explore.

When she’s not greeting guests and keeping us organized, Karen loves spending time with her family — her husband Jay, her son Collin, and her daughter Shea. ❤️

Alexi Sondrini — aka

Proudly the baby stylist of the group! I’ve been behind the chair for almost 3 years, and I truly love what I do. Being a hairstylist lets me help people feel beautiful and confident—because your hair is one of your biggest accessories.

I’m all about creating lived-in color, dimensional tones, and any and all haircuts. Lately I’ve been diving into all different types of hair extensions too—so keep an eye out, big things are coming!

Outside the salon, you can usually find me hanging with my 413 girls, spending time with family, or with my mom shopping (one of my favorite hobbies). And with Christmas right around the corner, my inner shopper is very excited.

Fun fact: I’m a country girl at heart, and when I’m not doing hair, chances are I’m out ice fishing with my dad on the weekends.

Hi! I’m Kuri — and no worries if you pronounce it wrong, I truly never judge! I’ve been helping people feel amazing about what they see in the mirror for over 15 years and I’ve been part of the Four One Three family for 6 of those.

My favorite services? Definitely creating lived-in color and designing bridal upstyles that make clients glow from the inside out. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone’s outer beauty reflect their inner confidence. It’s truly my favorite kind of magic!

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me chasing after my two awesome daughters (youth sports… am I right?!) or hanging out with our golden retriever, Banks. I love catching up with friends and saying “yes” to any adventure that comes my way!
