Hello,
Create a backup, then click on the backup and email it to yourself. Then load the new PSA. Then go to your email and click on the backup icon and select Restore from Backup and you will be all set.

The PSA+ Personal Salon Assistant plus app for iPhone and iPad has been released. It has been updated for iOS 7 with new retina display.
The new Salon Manager app for iPad will be released today.

You can now backup through iCloud.
PSA can only be used on one device at time. You can switch from iPhone to iPad, from Main Menu click on Backup Manager then click on Create Backup. The new backup will appear in the Existing Backups box...click on the Backup then click on 'Sent Via Email'. Now go to your other device and open up your email and click on the backup you just sent and it will open up your PSA. Now click on the backup in the Backup Manager then click on 'Restore'.

Looks like iTune will be releasing the new update today.

Thank you everyone for the great responses to the new PSA update. It is almost perfect. This was the first major bug since PSA hit the market back in 2004. Support emails are back down to a normal level and out email support team is back to responding in less than 24 hours. We will continue working hard to getting your support an belief in PSA again.
