The Body Mechanic Massage & Bodywork

Okayyyy… when a client says “I GOT CHILLS” after their massage, I’m taking that as a win. 😂🙌
There is seriously no better compliment than watching someone get off my table looking completely different than when they walked in. More relaxed. Less tense. And sometimes apparently… covered in goosebumps. 😂
This is why I love what I do. 🤍
Intentionally Well. ✨💙🩵

Rock & Rose Mind, Body, and Business Suites

10 years ago, I graduated massage school with a dream and a passion for helping people heal🤗🩷
I never could’ve imagined that a decade later I would own not one, but TWO businesses — The Body Mechanic Massage & Bodywork and Rock & Rose Mind, Body, and Business Suites . 🤍 ✨
This journey hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge, risk, late night, and leap of faith was worth it.
A littke reminder to trust yourself, work hard, and follow what lights your soul up✨️. You never know where it may lead. 💃

✨️So much of owning a small business happens behind the scenes — the landscaping, planning, the upkeep, the long days, and all the tiny details people may never notice… but I love them all. And I take pride in every single one. 🤍
I’ve always believed that the environment around us affects how we feel, so creating a beautiful, welcoming space at Rock & Rose is something I genuinely love doing.
I hope that when people visit, they can feel the care that goes into it all — and enjoy this little space as much as I do. 🤗🩷🩷🩷
