Still fighting this sinus infection and coughing up phlegm 🤧 but I’m FINALLY past the body aches, chills, and going from freezing cold to burning hot. 🙌🏾
So now it’s time to ease my way BACK INTO MY ROUTINE. I’ve missed feeling like myself!
Being sick slowed me down, but it didn’t stop the challenge. 250 kickbacks with ankle weights DONE! 🍑😮💨 Some days discipline looks like going full force, and other days it looks like doing what your body can handle and still keeping your word to yourself.
