What started as a dream has turned into this incredible team and salon family. Looking at these new photos honestly makes us emotional because behind every smiling face is someone who helps make this place what it is every single day. We’ve grown, evolved, survived hard seasons, celebrated huge wins, and somehow continue to keep showing up stronger every year.

❤️7 years ago today, Loren and I took a leap and started our first day of owning the place that we call home. It’s been an amazing journey and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity, even though it felt super scary at the time.

Our dream was always and still is to create a space where people loved coming to work everyday, had flexibility to enjoy their lives, have beautiful careers doing something they loved, and growing while they do it!

Thank you to our beautiful team for helping make all of this possible and for believing in us! Thank you to our families for taking the backseat at times but always supporting and loving us. Thank you to our guests for your loyalty and for choosing us as your salon family. WE LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!❤️

No one tells you how hard it will be to run a business and all of the different challenges that you will face. It’s not for the faint of heart and I’m beyond grateful that I get to do this with my sister by my side.

This is the hardest and most rewarding job we will ever have, and we are so thankful everyday!🥰😘 We are excited to keep growing as leaders and as women in business for our team and our families!
