It’s National Personal Trainer Awareness Day!! I became a personal trainer in May 2020. I took this journey to better myself but it turned into me helping others. My clients do a health and wellness evaluation so we have a complete understanding of maintaining and developing a healthy lifestyle. This leads to healthy hair and skin.

Late post: My youngest child and only son is now 21. As I sat and ate breakfast and listened to my audible I realized JOB WELL DONE MOM!!! I couldn’t have done it without you God, I give you the honor and glory for my sons life. Happy Monday everybody
