Comment sun for 10% off my collagen, made from cows that don’t wear sunscreen☀️🌞 …………. The sun is not bad for you. It is a forgotten miracle health cure…do not fall for the propaganda. And yes, it is possible to tan without sunscreen. Here’s how: How to tan without sunscreen: 1. stop eating seed oils 2. eat a diet high in vitamins A, C and E and lots of fruit for polyphenols 3. Go to the beach and don’t bring sunscreen 4. Start early in the AM, tan for 15-20 minutes max if you’re just beginning 5. Affirm: the sun is my friend, the sun is good for me, the sun gives me a glorious bronze 6. Move under shade 7. Apply lots of coconut oil after getting sun 8. Build up tan, increase time in the sun 9. Repeat
