Rules & Guidelines for the reopening of Kloud Nine during Covid-19

The salon is reopening May 25th. The following rules & guidelines have been given to us by the state in order to reopen the salon while maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our guests and ourselves.

-All clients must properly wear a mask for the entire duration of their visit
-All clients must wait in their car until stylist texts/calls them letting them know they are done sanitizing & ready for them to come in.
-All clients must enter the salon alone. (Not accompanied by children, husband, friend, or any guests)
-All clients must wash or sanitize hands upon arrival.
-Avoid bringing in jackets & coats that would normally be hung up.
-No drinks or food are allowed at this time.
-Non-hair services are not permitted at this time. (Waxing & beard trimming)
-If you have been sick or have been in contact with anyone who has been sick you must reschedule your appt. until you’ve finished a 14 day quarantine.
-Contactless payment methods are encouraged. (Kiley & Courtney will be accepting Venmo right now to assist in this)
-For the first 2-3 weeks we will not be doing blowdries.

Anyone not complying with these rules & guidelines will be asked to leave. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to Kiley or Courtney. The girls will be contacting anyone they need to adjust or reschedule. Please be patient with us during this time, this is new to us and we may run behind on scheduling as we navigate this new normal. Thank you!
