But I also always recommend seeing your doctor, getting your hormone balance checked, and not forgetting vitamins in your daily life, like biotin, omega 3, collagen, etc. (I tell you, because I have suffered from alopecia almost my whole life)

Cuando tu cabello se cae, y se está volviendo fino, a veces es mejor optar por un buen corte, que te haga ver tu pelo lleno de nuevo y saludable, a optar por extensiones. Pero también siempre recomiendo, ver a tu doctor, hacerte un chequeo en el balance de tus hormonas, y no olvidar en tu vida diaria, las vitaminas, como el biotín, omega 3, colágeno, etc.(te lo digo yo, que sufro de alopecia casi toda mi vida)
