I was just a few years shy of 40 when i began to really take action on getting healthy. I stumbled into it really. It had been 20 yrs since I had stepped foot in a gym. I overcomplicated it for years. Talked myself out of even trying. Felt too exhausted before the Gel.

And here i am with the motto, “NEVER MISS A MONDAY” as a way of life! Who’d thought!? 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I can’t imagine my life without it! It was the missing link for me!

When my hubs started using “the Gel” he started getting restful sleep. No more waking up multiple times at night. No more 2 hour midday naps needed. His body doesn’t ache anymore. He’s in a better mood. He’s healthier and more active at 44 than he was when we were first married!
