Tried out this amazing Blueberry Lemon pancake mix we got from our friends over at Hardscrabble Heart—and WOW. 😍 The kitchen smells incredible and these pancakes taste even better than they look (if that’s even possible!).

Fluffy, golden, and bursting with blueberries and lemon goodness… this mix is officially a new favorite in our house. 🍋🫐
