Lia Hoover, LMT

I am a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist dedicated to helping and healing others. After graduating from North Country Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in the field, I have been practicing in Lake Placid. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse client base helping them to find relief from various musculoskeletal issues. I use a blend of Eastern and Western bodywork techniques; targeted acupressure points and Thai-style stretching mixed with long Swedish-style strokes to achieve a relief and relaxation effect. I will still be available for booking at my beloved studio in LP and am now looking forward to sharing my work with my community here in Plattsburgh. I am located at One Step Ahead Physical Therapy, and I am available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
