π Week 1 (Getting Started - Build a Habit)

Day 6: Rest day (but drink more water!)

Day 7: Repeat Day 5 + 10 squats
π Week 2 (Increase Intensity)

Day 8: 1-min plank + 20 leg raises

Day 9: 40 crunches + 20 Russian twists

Day 10: 50 jumping jacks + 15 burpees

Day 11: 1-min side plank (each side)

Day 12: 20 mountain climbers + 30-sec boat pose

Day 13: Rest day (stretch and hydrate)
