Meet Lilia Wills

Lilia Wills is a Yoga Alliance® Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a graduate of Lotus Gardens Yoga School, and a lifelong student of yoga. With a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, she offers an inclusive and supportive approach that meets students wherever they are on their journey.

Her teaching style ranges from energizing Power Flow classes for athletes and experienced practitioners to gentle, beginner-friendly yoga, playful children’s yoga, and therapeutic classes designed for individuals with specific needs, including prenatal students, those living with arthritis, and others seeking mindful movement for healing and wellness.

Outside the studio, Lilia is a proud mom, educator, and lifelong learner. She holds a master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and is fluent in several languages. She enjoys running, stand-up paddleboarding, cooking, entertaining family and friends, hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her daughter.

Lilia believes yoga is a practice that extends far beyond the mat. Through mindful movement, breath, and presence, students can experience benefits that support the whole person, including:

* Building strength and increasing flexibility
* Improving balance and posture
* Enhancing focus and self-confidence
* Developing healthier breathing patterns
* Cultivating self-discipline and resilience
* Supporting stress relief and reducing anxiety
