Here's a quick 10 minute full body workout for ya: enjoy!
Do as many burpees as you can in 10 minutes. Take as little rest as you need between sets. Do as many reps as you can before resting. Let's see how many full burpees you can do in 10 minutes.
Here's an example:
Do 10 burpees rest 10 seconds repeat till 10 minute is up.
Set your timer and lets get started.
