The best way I can describe it is this: I remember being in second grade watching Reading Rainbow in class and all the girls would line up and play with each other's hair or lightly tickle each other's arms and shoulders. This is the next level, adult version of that feeling... and I cannot recommend it enough!

The moment I walked into her room, I immediately felt my stress begin to melt away. Every single detail has been thoughtfully designed to create the most relaxing experience. The soft lighting, the heated bed, and my favorite feature - the projector that lets you choose your own environment and sounds! I picked a rainforest with a waterfall, and it felt like I had escaped into another world.

The session itself was incredible. She began with my scalp, using a combination of different pressures, techniques, and specialized tools that created the most relaxing, tingly sensation. She then moved to my neck, back, chest, arms, and hands. I honestly had no idea my arms and hands could feel that amazing! Every transition was seamless.

She checks in with you throughout the session without interrupting your relaxation, making sure the pressure is exactly what you want and whether you prefer more of her hands or her specialty tools. It's completely customized to you.

It honestly felt like my nervous system was melting into complete peace. By the end, she finished with a cool jade roller across my face, which was the perfect ending to an already incredible experience.

When I say every detail has been thought through, I truly mean it. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace than I have in a very long time.
