Good morning! We have had people asking how to donate to the families. Here is a link for the family of Amy C**n.

On Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, the community of Pleasant Hill was devastated by a tragic shooting. Amy C**n was an innocent bystander whose life was taken far too soon.

Amy was a loving mother, a beloved daughter, a grandma (Grammy) who enjoyed watching her grandkids grow up. Amy’s passing was completely unexpected and she will be missed by so many.

Amy’s family would greatly appreciate any donations and support for the next difficulty days ahead planning for the funeral. Any donation, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated. If you’re unable to donate, your prayers would be highly appreciated. Instead of doing a Gofund me page, the family has requested proceeds be sent through Venmo.

Thank You, Pleasant Hill Community

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Salon Chalet and Price Chopper to sign the banner, leave donations, and share messages of encouragement for Ayden and his family. Today, the banner was delivered to this remarkable young man as he continues his recovery at home.

We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, generosity, and support shown by our community during this difficult time.

Donations collected for the family of Amy C**n will be picked up this week.

Please continue to keep both of these families in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the days ahead. ❤️

Come on down to Salon Chalet to sign for well wishes Ayden! Banner will be here until noon!!!

***update ** we will also be collecting donations for the family of Amy C**n on Saturday too

💙 Community Support for Ayden 💙

Salon Chalet will have a table set up, outside the salon, during the Pleasant Hill Farmer's Market to accept donations, cards, and well wishes for Ayden and his family.

Ayden is the teenager who was shot at the Price Chopper on Monday, May 25, 2026.

We will also have poster boards available for anyone in the community who would like to stop by and sign messages of encouragement and support for Ayden on Saturday from 9:30-Noon

Please continue to keep Ayden, his family, friends, and everyone affected in your thoughts during this difficult time. 💙
