Even though we were missing a few individuals from the team in our shop’s outing, the day was beautiful a reminder. Every individual you take the time to invest into, they are a form or way in shaping yourself as an individual. Unique traits that you choose to pick up from some of these surrounding individuals are what’s shaping not just us as beings, but our family owned and driven business.

As a business, many lose sight of what attracts people to your business in the first place. Let alone for the individuals to choose to work there. It’s a beautiful and mutual thing! As their concerns grow, the shops concerns grow. As their interests roam, the shop’s interest begins to roam. As they choose to grow, the shop begins to grow. It’s an unsettling truth to life but what makes life worth while is by surrounding yourself with who makes it worth while.
