I am a dedicated wellness practitioner, entrepreneur, and ordained minister with a lifelong passion for caring for others. Originally from Arizona, my professional background includes years of service as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in home health and hospice care, as well as medical scheduling for orthopedic physicians at Tucson Orthopedic Institute. These experiences laid a strong foundation in compassionate, client-centered care.
After relocating to Texas in 2010, I embraced a new chapter in holistic wellness. In 2020, I founded my own business and am now a Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and Sound Bath Meditation Practitioner, offering natural, restorative services designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
I proudly serve the Pleasanton, Texas area and surrounding communities, including Floresville, Three Rivers, Devine, and nearby cities. My approach blends professional training, spiritual grounding, and genuine care—meeting each client where they are with respect and intention.
As a single mother of three and a grandmother of nine, family and faith are at the core of who I am. I am actively involved in my church in San Antonio, a member of Women of Excellence Ministries, and enjoy staying connected to my community. Outside of my practice, I enjoy golfing with the local ladies’ golf group, participating in Zumba with my daughter, and cherishing annual family vacations with my siblings.
My mission is simple: to create a peaceful, nurturing space where clients can relax, restore, and reconnect—mind, body, and spirit.
