You can’t build trust with a client if they feel like they HAVE to tell you they love their lashes.

Especially when you’re new, ask how the set feels. Ask what they’d change. And if they tell you the outer corners droop or the set isn’t what they pictured, listen before you defend your work.

That conversation might sting (like a clients eyes who were slightly open the whole service 👀). It might also be the reason they trust you enough to come back.

Take the notes. Make the adjustment. Show them their feedback actually mattered. 💯 That’s how you get better at lashing and better at taking care of people.

Sometimes it isn’t that you “can’t do lashes.” You just haven’t had someone explain them in a way that makes sense to you.

I pay attention to the small details… how you learn best, how you’re holding your tweezers, controlling your adhesive, isolating, placing and attaching each extension.

I’ll correct what needs corrected, explain why it matters and find another way to teach it if the first explanation doesn’t click. 💯

My job is to help you understand what the hell you’re doing and feel confident doing it.
