First: Healing Roots is moving! New studio space will be located in downtown Plymouth, starting at the end of February.

Second: I’m excited to be collaborating with whitemountainmassage to bring INFRARED SAUNA to our clients and community. Stay tuned for details! Booking (and a tasty lil discount code for clients) will be available soon!

Third: New rates will begin March 1, 2025.
These prices reflect new amenities that can/will be included in all sessions

- Hot towels
- Cupping

Shedding layers and emerging fresh
To transition out of the depths of winter, we will begin by shifting any lingering stagnancy and invite regenerative movement into our bodies and minds. We will support our bodies detox pathways, engage in exercises and creative offerings to encourage clearing our vision for the season ahead, reflecting with our needs during a season of transition and tonifying what energy and inspiration we need to emerge from winter’s embrace.
