Second time at the Redken Exchange. I loved every second and would go back anytime! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to be able to go on this trip and bring back the knowledge and techniques that create customized colors for each and every client. I'm back in the salon tomorrow morning to serve my wonderful clients the looks and beauty they crave! Thank you for this opportunity to grow and for encouraging myself and my coworkers to never stop learning. Getting someone who is expressive and fun in my chair allows me to get very creative and passionate with that I do. A soft pink bald fade is not your average style, but at the same time it's very neat and not too aggressive.

Some color correction action today!! Black box dye is not your friend!! This process took about 5.5 hours from start to finish. I’m so happy for her with prom coming up next week, she will look fabulous!

A little gray blending action!! She came to me asking for help because she was mostly dark all over and there was a mistake from a previous stylist that caused her to be a brassy blonde. Loving the contrast and especially the dark on her!

A little color correcting action I did today! This client had her hair highlighted about a month ago and it was way too light! She then went to get it fixed and her hair turned muddy and almost brown. In order for me to get her where she wanted to, I had to take extreme caution and precision to make sure that her hair isn’t over processed even more. We also made sure to do a deep conditioning treatment to restore and revive her hair.
