After 18 years partnered with Motives Cosmetics, I wanted to share an important update with all of you.

Many of you know that Motives has been a huge part of my life and career. I not only built an incredible clientele through this brand, but I also had the privilege of serving on the corporate team for almost 7 years. Nearly two years ago, I made the difficult decision to step away from my corporate role. While it wasn't an easy choice, I felt it was the right one for me at the time.

The reason I stayed connected to Motives wasn't because of a title or position—it was because of YOU. So many of you have trusted me with your beauty needs for years, and those relationships have always meant far more to me than any product line ever could.

Last week, Motives announced that moving forward, only five core products will remain:
✨ 10 Years Younger Setting Spray
✨ No More Shine Setting Spray
✨ Makeup Remover Wipes
✨ Vitamin E Lip Treatment
✨ Liquid Mineral Foundation (4 shades)

At this time, no additional product launches are planned.

If you've been a longtime Motives customer, you've likely experienced the frustration of seeing favorite products discontinued over the past several years. I know many of you have reached out to me disappointed when products you loved suddenly disappeared. Trust me—I understand your frustration because I've felt it too.

The good news is that many remaining Motives products are currently discounted, so if there are items you still love, now may be a good time to stock up at www.BeautyByLeigh.com (or reach out to me) while supplies last.

Now for the exciting part...
While the Custom Blend line has also been discontinued through Motives, I still have access to custom blend products through other sources. In many ways, this actually creates more opportunities for me to serve you better.

Instead of being limited to a specific catalog, I can now create even more of a variety of customized beauty products, including:

💄 Tinted Moisturizers
💄 Blushes
💄 Bronzers
💄 Color Correctors
💄 And much more

After more than 30 years in the beauty industry, one thing I know for certain is that beauty is never one-size-fits-all. Every person's skin, coloring, concerns, and preferences are unique. This next chapter gives me even more freedom to create personalized solutions that are truly designed for YOU.

And that's not all...

I have some EXCITING new things in the works that I'm incredibly passionate about and can't wait to share with you in the coming months. While change can sometimes feel uncertain, I'm choosing to see this as an opportunity to expand, evolve, and offer even more value to my clients.

I was honored to be invited to Raleigh by Amber Lopez to join the Natulique team for their U.S. photo shoot, where I created makeup looks for all of the hair models.

In addition, I had the opportunity to be part of the Spirit of Hygge weekend—an inspiring few days of education, connection, and a beautiful celebration gala.

Being surrounded by a humble corporate team, global artists and so much creativity was truly inspiring. These are the moments that remind me how much I love what I do 🤍
