I help exhausted moms struggling to prioritize themselves gain confidence through guaranteed products So, I put aside my fears and jumped in. None.

I’m a veterinarian by day and my other passion is helping women who struggle living paycheck to paycheck get ahead while being supported by an empowering community. Although I love being a veterinarian, it is physically, mentally and emotionally draining on a daily basis. Getting home after missing another dinner with my family or another bedtime routine is no longer acceptable for me. Like so man

Cheese or chocolate… why should you have to give up either? 🧀🍫

For years I thought the only way to be “healthy” was through restriction. No sugar, no cheese, no fun. But every time I tried, the cravings came back louder. And eventually, I’d swing the other way and feel like I’d failed all over again.

Balance is the secret. And that’s why I love 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍. It helps calm cravings, burn stubborn visceral fat, and support your body without punishment or deprivation.

This isn’t about hype. It’s about hope. ✨ And finding a way to feel strong, confident, and balanced again, inside and out.

White Privilege.
I have it. Most of us reading this do. If you’re white, you’re not the exception.

I didn’t always see it. Movies, history, and the stories of Black friends slowly opened my eyes. Ruby Bridges is still alive — that’s how recent this history is. And yet, it’s not history at all. White supremacy has always been here.

Now it’s out in the open — in our politics, our courts, and yes, in the White House. That’s not “coming authoritarianism.” That’s here and now authoritarianism.

Trump says “WOKE IS BROKE.” No, Donald. Woke means knowing slavery was horrific. Woke means empathy, conscience, and refusing to ignore injustice. Call me woke — I’ll wear it proudly.

Silence is exactly what they want. But silence = complicity. Our democracy depends on us fighting back.

If you’re ready but not sure where to start, message me. Lives depend on it.

After my mom passed, the next six months were a blur of sadness and low energy.

I wasn’t falling apart. I was just… drained. Even the simple things felt heavier than they used to.

I kept showing up for work, my girls, my life, but the spark wasn’t there.

It took time and a lot of small choices to bring some of that energy back. Getting outside, moving my body, letting myself laugh when those moments came.

Grief still shows up, sometimes out of nowhere.
But now there are more light days than heavy ones, and I can feel my spark again.

Different than before, but still mine.

You look in the mirror and wonder… Where did I go?

You’re doing everything for everyone—holding it all together like a damn superhero—and somehow, you’re the one left running on fumes.

You’re not chasing a miracle cream or another “fix your life in 30 days” program. You just want to feel like YOU again.
Energized. Confident. Present.

To belly-laugh with your partner.
To run around with your kids and not crash after.

To lead your daughter by example—not just with words, but by how you treat yourself.

Because the truth is, self-care isn’t a luxury.
It’s not selfish.
It’s leadership.

You don’t need hours or perfection.
You need a breath.
A choice.
A moment to remember who the hell you are.

And no—you’re not “getting back to who you were.”

You’re becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

Confidence doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from returning to your truth. Gently. Boldly. Unapologetically.

What would change if you started treating yourself the way you want your daughter to treat herself?

I don’t remember a lot of apologies when I was growing up. Not because my parents didn’t love me—they absolutely did—but I think back then, apologizing to your kids just wasn’t really modeled. Like once you became the adult, you were supposed to always be right. Or at least act like it.

But I’m a mom now. A human one. And I mess up—a lot. I lose my cool. I yell. I get overwhelmed and say things I wish I hadn’t.

And when that happens, I try to pause. Take a breath. Then I go to my girls, pull them aside, and say I’m sorry. Not because I want to be their best friend. But because I want them to know I respect them. I love them. And I don’t expect them to be perfect—because I’m not.

Usually they say sorry too. We hug. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we cry. And then we move on.

This is one of the ways I’m trying to break the old patterns. Trying to raise whole humans, not ones who think love means never admitting you’re wrong.
