A little reminder about cancellation policies… because this post says it perfectly. 🤍

When you book an appointment at Ember Salon & Spa or Harmony Beauty Studio, you aren’t just reserving a service — you’re reserving a professional’s time.

A color appointment may mean 2, 3, even 4+ hours have been set aside specifically for you. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or becomes a no-show, that time usually can’t be filled. Unlike a product, we can’t put those hours back on the shelf and sell them tomorrow.

We completely understand that life happens. Kids get sick, emergencies come up and plans unexpectedly change — we’re human too! ❤️ Cancellation policies aren’t meant to punish anyone. They’re there to protect the livelihood of the professionals who reserved that time specifically for you.

And a quick reminder about appointment texts: Reminder texts are sent as a courtesy and should never be the only way you remember your appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, it is the client’s responsibility to add the date and time to their own calendar and keep track of their scheduled appointments. Not receiving or overlooking a reminder text does not change the appointment or cancellation policy.

Just like a hotel room, concert ticket, flight or event reservation, your appointment time has value whether you’re able to use it or not.

We truly appreciate every client who respects our providers’ time, gives as much notice as possible when plans change, and understands why cancellation and no-show policies are necessary.

When she’s not behind the chair, Paige loves being outdoors and traveling. You can usually find her skiing, hiking, spending time at the beach, or exploring somewhere new. ✨

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time at home, going to concerts, or exploring Plymouth with her boyfriend. She’s also a proud mom to two lizards and comes from a family that owns a small farm with 80+ animals she loves visiting. After nearly 15 years of experimenting with her own hair—in just about every color imaginable—she’s ready to help you achieve your dream look with confidence and creativity.

Just a quick heads up for all of our clients — starting THIS WEEK Wed April 1st, paid parking through Park Plymouth will be reinstated in downtown Plymouth.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we recommend downloading the Passport Parking app ahead of time and adding your vehicle info and payment method for quick, easy parking when you arrive!

We’ve also posted a map highlighting the two closest parking lots to the salon for your convenience.

Good news — there are still some free 2-hour street parking spots nearby if you’re able to grab one!
