We are so excited to announce that Makayla will officially be joining our team beginning Tuesday, August 4th! 🤍

With 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, Makayla is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their absolute best. She specializes in vivid hair color and alternative style cuts, bringing creative visions to life while staying on top of the latest trends through ongoing education and research.

After recently moving to downtown Plymouth from the Cape, Makayla is excited to build new relationships, grow her clientele, and become part of our amazing community.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time at home, going to concerts, or exploring Plymouth with her boyfriend. She’s also a proud mom to two lizards and comes from a family that owns a small farm with 80+ animals she loves visiting. After nearly 15 years of experimenting with her own hair—in just about every color imaginable—she’s ready to help you achieve your dream look with confidence and creativity.

Just a quick heads up for all of our clients — starting THIS WEEK Wed April 1st, paid parking through Park Plymouth will be reinstated in downtown Plymouth.

To make your visit as smooth as possible, we recommend downloading the Passport Parking app ahead of time and adding your vehicle info and payment method for quick, easy parking when you arrive!

We’ve also posted a map highlighting the two closest parking lots to the salon for your convenience.

Good news — there are still some free 2-hour street parking spots nearby if you’re able to grab one!

✨✈️ Nashville 2025 ✨ While this hair show wasn’t the best one we’ve ever attended, it gave us something even more valuable — time together. 💛 Between the laughs, team bonding, and late-night chats, we realized that with the level of experience across our salons, the best education often comes from each other. We’re so excited to welcome Kayla to the Harmony Beauty Studio team!

Kayla brings over 10 years of experience behind the chair and has a true passion for lived-in color, blonding, and long layered cuts—specializing in those effortless, low-maintenance looks clients love.

She recently relocated from Medway and is excited to start this next chapter in the South Shore, building new connections and growing her clientele.

Outside of the salon, Kayla enjoys sunny beach days, trying new recipes, and spending time with her two adorable dogs. She’s also a big fan of country music and loves creating a relaxing, feel-good vibe in her chair.
