Your wax is only as good as aftercare that follows it…
Avoid the don’t’s. Do the do’s. Be consistent.
Your mindset shapes how much you hurt…
Tell yourself that this is the worst ever and it will be. Or tell yourself you’re going to be fine and you will be! Mindset is everything!
Great technique will give you excellent results regardless of product use…
It doesn’t matter if it’s hard wax, soft, wax, or even sugar paste. Find an experience waxer and you’ll be happy with the results!
Numbing cream actually makes you sensitive to heat…
The wax is warm. So if you use a numbing cream, you’ll actually be very sensitive during the waxing appointment. Just skip it altogether. I promise!
The real benefits of waxing show up for waxes later…
Once we sync the hair growth cycles, you’ll start seeing the real reason why so many women continue to wax! Each wax gets better and better!
I’m not a liar… The second wax is really half the pain…
Partially because you don’t have as much hair that has regrown. The other part is training the hair to release from the Root, which is where the nerves are located.

My face now has some contraindications… which means I literally can’t get facials for awhile. 😩
I’m recognizing that I set the bar high (it’s good right?) but that many goals won’t be achieved in 2026. 😩
