There is something sacred about returning to beginner’s mind.
I was first introduced to Thai Massage in 2007 and from that very first session, something in me just knew. This tradition has been woven into my hands, my heart, and my practice ever since.
Right now I’m deepening into a new dimension of this work, and I’m offering a handful of sessions this week at a reduced rate while I practice and refine.

If you’ve practiced with me, you know I keep it gentle and accessible. Brain games, somatics, balance work, some strength, but nothing like what happens in my own practice. Thursday evenings, I’m teaching my personal practice: slow flow that’s grounded and deep. And Tuesday mornings? That’s where it gets real. Arm balances, headstands, core work, strong postures that wake your whole body up. It’s not Ashtanga, but it’s definitely vigorous. All eight limbs are at play, and I’m here to break that down with you. Yama, niyama , asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and with dedicated unattached practice (abhyada vairagya) samadhi.
Perfect timing for spring-your body’s ready to be stimulated and energized.
