🚨 IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE 🚨

Due to an increasing number of no-call, no-show appointments, we are implementing a new booking policy effective immediately.

👉 All appointments will now require a valid credit card and a deposit at the time of booking for new clients or clients with a history of no calls and no shows.

Unfortunately, repeated missed appointments without notice have made this necessary. These no-shows prevent our artists from offering those time slots to other clients who may be waiting.

⏰ Our time is just as valuable as yours.
We kindly ask that if something comes up, you call or text at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your spot with another client.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to respect everyone’s time and provide the best service possible.
