You know what they say old is gold!💥 do not sleep on this machine a Nautilis double shoulder lateral raise and press!💥 I’ve only seen this at two gyms Ironclad Gym and the Athletic Factor Gym !💥 if you’re having trouble growing your shoulders, then this is the machine for you!💥 the pump you get from this machine is absolutely amazing!💥

On my second day here at the Athletic factory gym, I found a piece that I’ve never seen in any other gym before, a Maxam selectorized Viking press!💥
This piece of equipment is absolutely amazing, the owner told me that they have a professional rugby player that drives 45 minutes both ways twice a week just to use this machine !💥 this gym is filled with some of the most amazing equipment I’ve ever seen, but just don’t take my word for it. Come check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.!💥 I went to the new Wolf gym and I wasn’t impressed. They wanted $129 a month and over here at the Athletic factor. They only charge me $35 a month which I thought was amazing!💥 now that I found my new home Gym, I want to share it with everyone!💥

This is just one of the amazing pieces of equipment I found when I joined the Athletic factory Gym,.💥 I had never used this mega mass back row and I got the most amazing pump in my bag that I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen this piece at any other commercial gyms I’ve ever went to.!💥 this gym is going to be my new home gym, and if you like big gyms with amazing equipment, then you will definitely like the Athletic factor Gym!💥 and I was amazed it was only $35 a month no contract, and to my surprise, I met the owner and found out he was a firefighter!💥 don’t take my word for it. This is big Nick Isoldi Sr. Nick is the morning manager at the Athletic factor and at 85 years old is one of the strongest human beings you will ever meet!💥 with a whopping 330 pound bench at 85 years old. I’ve also watched him do 13 wide grip chin ups, this is what happens when you keep training,it’s the actual fountain of youth!💥
The Athletic factor opens at 5 AM every morning, but Nick is so excited to get there and greet all the members. He will sometimes show up at 4:30 AM. !💥 if you know Nick like we know Nick well then let’s show him some love and give him a hell yeah in the comment section!💥

My name is Steve and I just moved to South Florida a month ago!💥 I have to tell you about a great discovery. I just found, I was on my way to work out at Wolf‘s in Boca and I was driving down sample Road in Pompano and on the corner of powerline and sample hidden behind an Aldi supermarket I found the best gym in South Florida the Athletic factor Gym.!💥 it reminds me of my old home gym in Long Island, New York Bev Francis,, Powerhouse Gym!💥 this place is amazing. I’ve never seen so much great equipment, especially pieces. I’ve never seen before inside any Gym I’ve trained at.!💥 the staff was super friendly and the price was just right. Only $35 a month no contract!💥
I signed up right on the spot , this is the best kept secret in Broward County!💥 don’t take my word for it come and check it out yourself. You won’t be disappointed.!💥

I went to check out the new Wolf (redcon gym) and to my surprise, they have gone completely commercial!💥 they removed a lot of the old school hard-core equipment the stuff that works and replaced it with a new line. It seems like they’re more interested in making everything the same color rather than keeping their great selection of equipment.!💥 they’re even replacing the metal weights with rubber!💥
as soon as I saw that I went straight over to the athletic factor gym This place is big with 20,000 ft.² of old school and new school equipment!💥 and the price was amazing only $35 a month compared to the new Wolff gym which is $129 a month💥
If you get an opportunity, go check out the Athletic factory Gym if you were a two person that works out and you take your work out seriously then this is the place for you!💥 I also liked the fact that no one under 18 is allowed so it’s a real adult only gym with limited times on using tripod!

I finally found the gym I was looking for, the Athletic factor Gym in Pompano Beach, this gym has everything I’m looking for big selection of old school and new school equipment. The place is huge real metal dumbbells. They even have a giant cardio room with a Tire Flip and a rope pull down machine for functional training !💥 and I couldn’t believe the price extremely reasonable. It’s only $50 down which includes your first month and then 35 a month after that no contract or they offered me a one year deal for only $360!💥 and it’s easy to get to right off the turnpike and 95 on sample Road!💥 and while I was there, I saw a ton of professional athletes, WWE wrestlers and pro bodybuilders that told me right there This is the place to train, plus they had a super friendly staff, and I was told that it’s an adult only Gym no minors. No one under 18 now this is what I’ve been looking for a real gym with real people that come to train with great equipment. I think I found my new home.!💥 you should come check it out you won’t be disappointed!💥
