New color client challenge! As you can see we needed to do a root retouch, highlighted top and sides only using a 10volume developer with my bleach, and finally toned out the orange with a violet/blue. Deep conditioning treatment and done ❤️

Now that we have announced our salon expansion and new name, I thought it was time to announce my NEW SALON POLICIES
When you read the following, understand that I am very sympathetic to unexpected crises, sickness, and uncontrollable weather conditions and they will be gracefully forgiven, as I expect grace in return. However, being in this business for so long I have noticed how a few take advantage and pay no consequences for being irresponsible or inconsiderate. My goal is to create an awareness of how we are all important. Lets be courteous and respectful of each other time and efforts❤️ Here are the new policies:

* my operation hours are Monday-Friday
8am-6pm. I will not answer calls or text
messages outside those hours.

*PUNCTUALITY: I absolutely hate my
clients waiting on me, don’t keep me
waiting on you. A courteous text is
always appreciated! This doesn’t occur
often, but sometimes us hairstylists will
run behind. Root causes of running late
are often due to answering phones,
scheduling and rescheduling clients,
dealing with our sales reps, answering
questions for a walk-in, etc. I will NEVER
accept a request last minute that
requires a total change in cut, color, or
new client, this will only cause
inconveniences upon my clients,
makes me a hypocrite going against my
own punctuality policy.

* A minimum 24 HOUR NOTICE
cancellation/rescheduling is a non-
negotiable must. If you cancel in less
than that time frame, I will require a
credit card to be put on file via square in
order to reschedule.

* All NEW CLIENTELE: you will be re-
quired to have a credit card filed via
square to make an appointment. Your
card will be charged the day of your
appointment regardless if you make it
or not. (Read “No show/No call” policy)

* TEXT REMINDERS: this is a courtesy I
provide IF I have time. My workload has
sometimes not allowed me to send
reminders. It is your responsibility to
remember your appointments. I even
provide written appointments on
business cards as well. Please respect
my time as much as I respect your loyal
business.

* NO SHOW, NO CALL: This is just plain
rude & selfish. I reserve the right to
refuse business at anytime to anyone.
NO business professional has time for
that!

*HABITUAL CANCELLATIONS:
I will put you at the end of my day that way if you decide to cancel and reschedule I can go home without having to worry about filling your spot last
