~ ways to help~

Work in small sections
Don’t try to tackle the whole head at once
• Start from the ends and work up
Never go straight to the root—that’s where breakage and pain happen
~stuff to use~

• Wide-tooth comb
• Detangling brush
• Your fingers (honestly the best tool for tight mats)
•Use a good detangler or conditioner with slip
• Oils (like argan or coconut) can help loosen tough knots
• Keep adding product as you go—don’t try to force dry sections
