When a man becomes moody, withdrawn, or easily irritated, people assume it’s stress.
But sometimes it’s hormonal — not emotional.
And the women in their lives almost always notice it first.
If he’s been “off,” tired, or unlike himself…
comment READY and I’ll send you the early signs to look for.
Schedule your hormone assessment at 248-919-4766.
Men don’t always have the language for what’s happening internally.
So instead of saying:
• “My hormone signaling feels disrupted,”
they say:
• “I don’t feel like myself.”
• “I’m tired.”
• “I’m irritated.”
• “I don’t know what’s wrong.”
And women feel the shift first, in his energy, his presence, his mood, his drive.
Here’s the truth:
Men often experience symptoms long before their labs show anything “abnormal.”
And this is exactly where so many of them get dismissed.
Tune in for Testosterone Thursday with Dr. Indea May, DNP, RN, FNP-BC.

Being a Clinical Professor at Wayne State University has truly been a pleasure this past semester. Teaching, mentoring, and watching these students grow into compassionate, community‑minded nurses is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Located in the heart of Detroit, the College of Nursing equips students with the knowledge to understand the unique challenges within our urban communities, the clinical opportunities to address them, and the research tools to help transform urban health.
This semester, our students helped provide wellness and safety resources to senior citizens across Detroit and surrounding communities, showing what it means to lead with service, empathy, and purpose.
Congratulations to our graduates. Your dedication has already made an impact, and your future in nursing will continue to shape healthier, safer communities.
Low testosterone is rarely the first domino to fall!
Research from, Dr. Deb Matthew, and the Urology Society shows that thyroid and adrenal dysfunction can silently sabotage testosterone, even when labs look “normal.”
If he’s exhausted, irritable, or not recovering like he used to... it may be his thyroid + adrenals, not just testosterone.
Comment RESET to schedule a 20 minute call for the Men’s Hormone Support Guide.
