Without contrast/dimension it doesn’t blend well growing out. That’s why I specialize in lived in color. You can still feel bright and have dimension without a sheet of blonde

The OUAI Fine to Medium Hair Treatment Masque is one I’d especially like for fine to medium, color treated, highlighted, or blonde hair because it gives you moisture and repair without being as heavy as a traditional rich mask.
When should you use it?

If you wash your hair 2x a week, I would start with:

You can increase to every other wash if your hair is particularly dry, bleached, tangled or damaged. OUAI itself says weekly or every other week use is appropriate.

For someone with blonde/highlighted hair, I’d think of it as your maintenance treatment to keep the hair soft and hydrated between appointments.
