My current life situation

A little real-life update 🤍

I’m currently working through a nerve issue in my neck/shoulder and have started physical therapy to get it fully resolved.

I’ll still be in the studio, but over the next few weeks I’ll need to be a bit more mindful of my schedule and physical limits. There may be times I have to reschedule appointments—sometimes with short notice—depending on how my body is feeling that day.

I never take your time lightly, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I take care of my health so I can continue doing what I love for a long time to come.

If your appointment is flexible, I’m always grateful for a little grace right now. If not, I completely understand and will always do my best to accommodate where I can.
