Let’s talk about deposits and consultations, because I want to make sure my booking process is clear.

I began requiring deposits after having clients book appointments and then not show up for their scheduled time.

Deposits are required for all new clients and irregular or unestablished clients. Your deposit secures your appointment time, and that deposit is applied toward your final balance after your service is completed.

Consultations are also a separate service. A consultation allows me to professionally assess the condition and health of your hair, discuss your hair goals, and determine the best plan for your desired style or service.

Consultation fees are also applied toward your final balance when you proceed with a service following your consultation.
