POV: You finally booked the massage you’ve been saying you “don’t have time” for… 💆🏻‍♀️

You walk in stressed.
Your shoulders are somewhere around your ears.
Your to-do list is a mile long.

An hour later…
🤩 Your jaw isn’t clenched.
🙂‍↔️ You can actually turn your neck.
😌 You remember what it feels like to relax.
🤔 And suddenly you realize… maybe taking care of yourself wasn’t a luxury after all.

Friendly reminder: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause. 💚

P.S. Caden is fully booked today, but he has 3 openings tomorrow at:
🌿 2:00 PM
🌿 3:30 PM
🌿 5:00 PM

If you’d like to snag one before they’re gone, book online at https://zenspa.glossgenius.com/ and be sure to choose Caden as your service provider. We can’t wait to help you relax! 💆‍♀️

Would you rather have a facial every month OR a massage every month?

Sunday is now available!
12pm 1:15pm 2:30

Come see me tomorrow 💋🩷

Weekend plans?

We vote for slowing down.

Whether it's a massage, facial, or simply taking an hour for yourself, remember that self-care isn't selfish—it's how you recharge so you can take care of everyone else.

You deserve that time.

Appointments are filling quickly! Message us to reserve yours. 💚
