Cancer treatment usually aims to kill cancer cells. This study tried something different, using an ultra-low dose of THC to push breast cancer cells into a less aggressive state. In lab-grown 3D models, four days of treatment produced changes that lasted and reduced the cells' ability to spread. The result is promising, but it still needs to be tested in people.
