What helps you feel regulated in your nervous system?

For me there are many ways, but I trust contact with my body. Feeling my physical body helps me feel regulated in my nervous system. I feel safe, grounded, connected to myself and the world at large after a workout, a bodywork session, climbing a mountain, or dancing it out.
