Hello beautiful people! My name is Alexis, licensed esthetician and owner of Glow Skin Spa!

I’ve been a licensed esthetician in SWFL for 3+ years and a certified nursing assistant for 9+ years.

I offer a variety of beauty services such as facials, chemical peels, lash extensions, lash lifts, lash/brow tints, brow laminations, waxing, & more! I seek the love and light in all, and my goal is to remind people of the beauty they hold inside and out.

I pride myself on the importance of consistent education and physical practice in perfecting one’s craft. I love to learn and I always seek to understand the quality & care that goes into any work I provide, as I believe that there is always room to grow and improve.

If I’m not with my beautiful clients, you can find me spending quality time with my family. They are my reason for waking up everyday and putting my best foot forward.

Hi everybody! I wanted to take a moment to be transparent about my cancellation and no-show policy, as well as an important update moving forward.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. In cases of emergencies, I always do my best to be understanding and flexible. If you’re a client of mine, you know that I am always on time and never cancel. I can only hope for the same consideration back.

As a small business owner, when an appointment is booked, that time is fully reserved for you. That includes not only the appointment itself, but the preparation beforehand, setting up the space, organizing my schedule around it, and in many cases, driving in specifically to be there and ready for you. All of this time is set aside in advance and carefully scheduled. All of the time and effort is committed on my end whether the appointment is kept or not. Since my schedule is limited and fills fast, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect scheduling availability and take away time that could have been offered to other clients.

With that being said, my policies are being updated:
-late cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

-no-shows will now be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and will no longer be able to book future appointments.

-In addition, I will no longer be manually booking appointments through messenger. All appointments will need to be booked through my website moving forward, where a card will be required to be placed on file in order to secure your booking.

Moving forward, these policies will be strictly enforced. Clients with unpaid no-show or late cancellation fees will be unable to schedule future appointments until the balance has been resolved.

This is not meant to be personal or harsh, but it is necessary in order to maintain an organized schedule and ensure fairness for all clients who are trying to book appointments. I appreciate your understanding, continued support, and respect for my time and business! 🤍
