I may not be the artist for everyone and that is completely the point.

After 10+ years in the permanent cosmetics industry, I’ve learned that the right artist/client relationship matters. I’m not trying to be the artist for everyone. I want to be the right artist for the people who value the way I work.

So, if you’re considering booking with me, here are a few things you should know:

1. My style is soft, natural & realistic.
That has always been my approach to permanent makeup. Whether we’re doing brows, eyeliner or lips, my goal is to enhance you not completely change the way you look. I customize every service to your features, skin, coloring, lifestyle and goals. I want people to notice that you look amazing without immediately knowing what you had done.

2. I don’t play pricing games.
I’m not going to double my prices just so I can advertise “50% OFF!” and make you feel like you’re getting some huge deal. My prices are my prices, and they reflect my experience, education, time and the quality of my work. I have invested in many certifications and advanced trainings, and I continue investing in education because I believe you never stop learning in this industry. I would rather be transparent about my pricing from the beginning than use a sale to pressure you into booking.

3. Good things sometimes take time.
I wish there were more hours in the day because I genuinely hate telling someone they have to wait for an appointment. I’m currently opening up evenings. This helps with not having to wait for your appointment.

And I promise it isn’t because I’m seeing one or two clients a day. My days typically consist of 3-5 clients, and I am seeing the maximum number of people I can while still giving each client the time, attention and quality they deserve. I never want to rush someone through my chair just to squeeze another appointment onto the books.

4. Your skin and the integrity of your permanent makeup will always come before making a dollar.
Sometimes that means I’m going to tell you no. Sometimes I’ll recommend a different technique than the one you came in wanting. Sometimes I’ll tell you that you absolutely do not need a touchup yet and to come back later.

I know being told “no” isn’t always what someone wants to hear, and my honesty can occasionally come across as blunt but it is never because I don’t want your business. It’s because I genuinely care about your face, your skin and how your permanent makeup is going to look years from now not just the day you leave my studio.

5. When you’re in my chair, I’m going to treat you like I would my mom, my grandma or my best friend.
If I wouldn’t recommend something for someone I love, I’m not recommending it to you either. I want you comfortable enough to ask questions, tell me your concerns and be completely honest about what you want.

And fair warning… I’m a yapper. 😂 I’m a people person through and through. We might start the appointment talking about your brows and somehow end up discussing husbands, kids, work, recipes and our entire life stories.

So don’t be surprised if you walk in as a client and leave feeling like we’ve been friends for years.

I may not be the artist for everyone, and I’m okay with that. But if you value natural results, honesty, experience, customization and an artist who genuinely cares about what is best for you we’re probably going to be a pretty great fit.

Sometimes permanent eyeliner doesn’t need to be completely removed — it needs the right artist to clean it up, reshape it, and bring it back to life. 👀

This beautiful client came to me with previous eyeliner work that was NOT done by me. My job was to work with what was already there, clean up the shape, soften the areas that needed it, and create a more balanced, flattering eyeliner.

I love a good correction! 🙌🏼

Every set of eyes is different, and previous work can make corrections challenging. That’s where experience, patience, and knowing how to work with existing pigment really matter.
