As of December 2023, I am certified in the Vodder Techniques of Basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage, as well as the Management of MLD for Post-Op Plastic & Orthopedic Surgeries.

What does this mean for you?! What is MLD & Who is MLD beneficial for?? Allow me to explain:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is NOT a Massage It is a gentle manual treatment technique based on the 4 basic Vodder strokes, designed to:

Increase in lymph production
Increase and activates lymphangiomotorocity (the rate of movement of lymphatic fluid) by stimulating the smooth musculature
Reverse of lymph flow
Relax/Sooth the client

Treatment is available for individuals who are affected by but not limited to**:

Fibromyalgia
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Migraine headaches
Digestive Issues
Cellulite

Post-trauma

Why Is MLD Important After Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery?

• Speeds up the healing process by reducing swelling, fluid retention, and bruising, increasing the removal of cellular debris and other waste from the traumatized area
• Reduces scar formation, build-up of fibrotic nodules (hard lumps)
